McCain's 3rd Birthday

How in the world is it possible that my little man....is well, turning into a little man!!!!! He is already 3 and no longer needs or wants my help for anything!!! Of course sometimes this makes me happy...other times quite sad. For instance, my singing is no longer soothing to him and rocking is for "babies"...we no longer change diapers which of course is a plus but still a reminder that he is not a baby!! He is all BOY and only plays with toys that make alot of noise or in some other way bug the mess out of Mallory and I!! He had a great little party with some of his neighborhood friends and kids from pre-school, and even though it was freezing outside, we had a friends help at borrowing a cute little pony to pull us around with a wagon (this was mainly the highlight of Mallory's day especially becasuse she got to "drive" the pony). McCain enjoyed the bouncy house indoors and of course all of his great presents. Thanks to all that made it to the party.....he had a blast!!

Note to Mimi and Pops: For some reason the night of his "actual" birthday my camera did not capture any photos of ya'll, so I'll need copies of your's....just wanted to make sure ya'll didn't think I left ya'll out on purpose!!
